Terms and Conditions

Effective January 1, 2026

Airlock Lubbock Spray Foam Insulation, lubbockinsulation.com, service@lubbockinsulation.com

Accepting these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or hire Airlock Lubbock Spray Foam Insulation for work at your home or business. By browsing the site, sending a request through the contact form, calling us or approving an estimate, you agree to them.

If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the site or book work with us. You can always call (806) 370-4846 and ask about anything here before you decide.

What we do

Airlock Lubbock Spray Foam Insulation is an insulation contractor in Lubbock, TX, serving Lubbock and the cities around it. Our work includes spray foam, blown-in insulation, which is loose fill blown through a hose, old insulation removal, air sealing, and crawl space and vapor barrier work. The home page lists every service we offer.

The information on this site is general and meant to help you understand the work. It isn't a promise about your house, because what we find in your attic, walls or crawl space decides what the job actually needs. You can read more about who we are on our About page.

Estimates and pricing

We give free on-site estimates, and there's no pressure to book. The estimate describes the work we plan to do and the price for it, based on what we can see and measure on the visit.

Price usually depends on the size of the space, the material you choose, how much old insulation has to come out, and how much air sealing the house needs before we insulate. An estimate is good for the period written on it, and after that we may need to look again before we hold the price.

Sometimes we only find a problem once the job is open, such as wet or contaminated insulation, damaged framing or pest activity. When that happens we stop, show you what we found and explain the options. We won't do added work or charge for it until you approve the change.

Scheduling and cancellation

We schedule your job once you approve the estimate. We do our best to arrive on the day we set, but weather, material delivery and problems on earlier jobs can push a date, and we'll call you as soon as we know.

Please make sure we can reach the work area, whether that's the attic hatch, the garage or the crawl space entry, and that pets are kept away from it. Some foam jobs need you out of the house for a set time, and we'll tell you before the job when you can safely go back inside. Please follow that guidance.

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, call us as early as you can. If we've already ordered special material for your job or set aside a crew day, we may charge for costs we can't recover, and the estimate will say so if that applies.

Payment

Your estimate or invoice states the amount due, when it's due and the payment methods we accept. Some larger jobs may require a deposit before we order material, and the estimate will show that if it applies.

Payment is due when the invoice says. If a balance goes unpaid past its due date, we may charge late fees or collection costs as far as Texas law allows, and we may pause any further work until the account is current.

Our guarantee and warranty limits

We're licensed and insured, and we stand behind our work. Satisfaction is guaranteed on every job, so if something isn't right with the work we did, call us and we'll come back and make it right.

Insulation products carry their own maker's warranties, and those are honored under the maker's terms, not ours. Apart from what we put in writing and what the law requires, we don't make other promises about the work, including any promise of a specific drop in your power bill or a specific temperature in any room, because those depend on your house, your equipment and the weather.

Our guarantee doesn't cover damage caused by others after we leave, such as roof leaks, plumbing leaks, pests, remodeling, or someone moving or disturbing the insulation.

Limits on our liability

We're responsible for the work we do. We aren't responsible for conditions that were already in your house before we started, such as old wiring, hidden water damage, mold, structural problems or pest damage, though we'll tell you if we see them.

As far as Texas law allows, our total liability for any claim about a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost income, lost use of a room or the cost of staying somewhere else, unless the law says otherwise.

Using this website

The words, photos and design on this site belong to Airlock Lubbock Spray Foam Insulation. Please don't copy them for business use without our permission.

We try to keep the site accurate and working, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Any links to other websites are there for your convenience, and we aren't responsible for what those sites say or do.

If we disagree

If you have a problem with our work or a bill, call us first at (806) 370-4846 or reach us through the Contact page. Most problems get settled in one conversation or one return visit, and we'd much rather fix it than argue about it.

If we can't settle it that way, we both agree to try mediation in good faith before going to court. If it still isn't settled, the dispute will be heard in the courts of Lubbock County, Texas.

Texas law applies

These terms and any work we do are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to rules that would apply another state's law.

If a court finds any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies. Work under an estimate you already signed stays under the terms that were in place when you signed it.

If you have a question about any of this, call (806) 370-4846 or send us a note through the Contact page, and we respond within 1 business day.
